A true Downey native, Carrie Uva has called the City of Downey home for over six decades. Her life's work is deeply rooted here, having built a successful professional career as a specialized Trust Attorney and licensed Real Estate Broker, alongside decades of dedicated community service.

Carrie is a proud alumna of Downey's Our Lady of Perpetual Help elementary school in Downey and St. Joseph's High School. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Loyola Marymount University and her Juris Doctorate Degree from Western State University School of Law.
For over 30 years, Carrie has maintained a specialized legal and real estate practice in the Downey community.
